Lifetime Warranty

Welcome to Rune Rollers' Lifetime Warranty page! We know how important your dice are to your gaming adventures, so we’re here to make sure they’re always in top shape. Here’s how our warranty works and some tips on keeping your dice in great condition.

Enamel Coated Metal Dice Sets

All our enamel-coated metal dice come with Rune Rollers’ LIFETIME WARRANTY.

What’s Covered: Chips, cracks, breaks, and bends.

What’s Not Covered: Loss or theft. And if just one die is damaged, we’ll replace that one die, not the whole set.

When your metal dice get damaged, we’ll replace the damaged piece for you.

Acrylic and Resin Dice Sets

Managed to break or chip your resin or acrylic dice? That’s some serious strength! hahaha, if this happens, we’ll send you a new die. Just let us know!

Metal and Hollow Dice Sets

Broke your solid metal dice? Wow, you must have some serious power!

If your metal dice encounter any issues, it's likely enamel wear. If the enamel starts to show heavy wear, we’ll replace your die. But don’t worry, this usually takes years.

Stone and Glass Dice Sets

This is where our warranty really helps! These sets, while sturdy, can be damaged by accidents. If your dice chip or break, we’ll send you a new die. Note that internal cracks aren’t covered.

If you’ve invested in a stone set, we recommend using a proper padded rolling tray to reduce the risk of damage. Replacement stone dice might take 4-6 weeks since we often craft them to order.

Bone Dice Sets

Bone dice are pretty tough, but accidents happen. If your bone dice break or sections come apart, we’ve got you covered. We’ll send you replacements as per our guidelines.

How to Get Your Replacement Dice

  1. Email Us: Send an email to support@runerollers.com with:

    • Photos of the damage.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or payment confirmation).
    • Your name, phone number, email, and shipping address.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and get back to you with instructions on where to send your damaged dice.

  3. Send Us Your Dice: Pack your damaged dice securely and mail them to our warehouse.

  4. Pay the Shipping Fee: We charge a flat $20 shipping fee for each warranty service. No hidden fees—just the cost of getting your dice back to you.

  5. Receive Your Replacement: Once we've crafted your replacement dice, we’ll send them back your way.

What if I Break My Dice More Than Once or Multiple Dice?

We offer a ONE-TIME no-questions-asked free replacement for one set of dice. After that, each claim must be approved by our brand manager and owner. This helps prevent abuse of our system. We love offering a lifetime warranty, but we also hope our customers handle their dice with care.

How Should I Store My Dice to Prevent Wear?

Bone Dice Sets

  • Storage Tip: Keep bone dice in a dry container, away from sharp objects that might scratch their surfaces.

Stone and Glass Dice Sets

  • Storage Tip: Use a padded or secure case to prevent chips, breaks, and scratches. The packaging provided at purchase is designed for safe storage.

Metal and Hollow Dice Sets

  • Storage Tip: We provide padded metal dice tins with all our metal dice sets. Even though metal dice are durable, they can scratch over time. Keeping them in our metal cases will help prevent this.

Acrylic and Resin Dice Sets

  • Storage Tip: If you’re like us, you might toss all your plastic dice in a giant Crown Royal bag.

Ready to roll? Great! Enjoy your adventures, and may your dice always roll true! If you need us, you know where to find us—support@runerollers.com. Happy gaming!
