You create a fast current within a body of water, forming a line 90 feet long and 10 feet wide in a direction of your choice extending away from a point you can see within range. Each creature that starts its turn in the line must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone and pushed 30 feet in the direction following the line.
A creature in the line must spend 2 feet of movement for every 1 foot that it moves when moving against the tide.
