Beschrijving
You spray a 30 feet square from a point you can see in range with adhesion power. Any creature in the area must succeed a Strength saving throw or be restrained for the duration. A creature that enters the area or starts its turn in the area must also succeed the saving throw, even if they succeeded it earlier.
A creature affected by this effect must use their action in the following turns making the saving throw again. A creature in the area cannot be teleported. Additionally, any flying creature that moves over the area starts to fall at a rate of 60 feet per round until they touch the ground.
