You release a stinking blast of diseased fury.
Each creature within 15 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d6 poison damage and 3d6 necrotic damage and is poisoned for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and isn't poisoned on a successful one.
A poisoned creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the poisoned condition on a success.
