You reach out to attack the mind of an enemy in a desperate mental duel. Foes find their thoughts invaded by the crushing presence of your mind, your inscrutable will extinguishing their thoughts with horrific ease, triggering a cascade of psychosomatic trauma.
Choose one target you are aware of within range. The target must make an opposed check using your spellcasting ability. If you succeed, the target has disadvantage on attack rolls until the end of its next turn, and takes psychic damage, which can't be reduced in any way, equal to the difference between the caster and target's rolls multiplied by five (minimum of 5).
