You trigger a primal fear reaction in the minds of your foes with a howl drawn from the deepest instinctual memories of their kind, leaving them panicked and confused in the face of your onslaught.
Up to three creatures of your choice that you can see within range must make Charisma saving throws. A target that fails this saving throw is frightened of you for the duration of the spell.
Additionally whenever a target that fails this saving throw makes an attack roll or a saving throw before the spell ends, the target subtracts your spellcasting modifier (minimum of 1) from the attack roll or saving throw.
