Commander of Evil
The cultist can utter a special command or warning whenever a nonhostile creature that it can see within 30 feet of the cultist makes an attack roll or a saving throw (no reaction required). The creature can add a d4 to its roll provided it can hear and understand the cultist. This trait doesn't function while the cultist is incapacitated.
Unholy Protection
The cultist can use its reaction to halve the damage that it takes from an attack, spell, or other effect.
