Your maw distends wide before spewing forth a noxious stream of disease and filth that chokes and suffocates your foes.
Each creature in a 30-foot cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save a creature takes 6d4 poison damage and is poisoned for 1 minute on a failed save, or half as much damage and isn't poisoned on a successful one.
The poisoned creature may repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the poisoned condition on a success.
