You touch one creature with an unfathomable cold hand. Make a melee spell attack, on a hit the target takes 8d10 cold damage and is Paralyzed for the duration of the spell or only take half as much damage on a success. The creature can be freed from its frozen form early by dealing at least 30 Fire damage to it, in one turn.
If the damage from this spell kills a target, they are turned into a Petrified ice statue.
