River Kitsune

The kitsune has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks.

The Kitsune can use its action to transform into a Cat, Frog, Piranha, Weasel, or back into its original form. It retains its own skill and saving throw proficiencies, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma ability scores, health, known spells, known companion features, and multiattack in all forms. It uses the other statistics from the form it is currently in. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Melee Attack Roll: [Its Strength or Dexterity modifier + your Proficieny Bonus] to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + [Its Strength or Dexterity modifier] Piercing damage.

When the kitsune, or an ally within 10 feet of them, fails a saving throw, the kitsune can use a Reaction to have them roll again, adding [Its Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier (your choice)] to the result.

The Kitsune can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1). It regains all expended uses when it finishes a Long Rest.
