Opening your arms wide you embrace the invisible gales of arcane force that rage through the world. By chanting esoteric litanies backwards, you can steal the power of other magical emanations and use them to bolster your own.
Until the spell ends, whenever a creature other than you casts a spell of 1st level or higher within the spell's radius, you can use your reaction to make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level.
On a success you regain an expended spell slot of a level equal to half the triggering spell's level (rounded down, minimum of 1).
