Kitsune

The kitsune has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks.

The Kitsune can use its action to transform into a Cat, Weasel, or back into its original form. It retains its own skill and saving throw proficiencies, Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma ability scores, health, known spells, known companion features, and multiattack in all forms. It uses the other statistics from the form it is currently in. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
