You reach out to overload the nerve centres of your foes.
Choose one creature that you can see within range to make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, the target takes 3d4 psychic damage, is blinded, deafened and stunned. On a successful save the target takes half as much damage and isn't blinded, deafened or stunned.
The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the spell ends on the target.
