Using the Hathran sight granted by the powers of The Three, you can determine the condition of creatures and plants near death within the spell's range. You instantly know whether each creature/plant within the area is dead, fragile (alive and wounded, or unconscious), fighting off death (making death saves), undead, or neither alive nor dead (such as a construct). Naturewatch sees through any spell or ability that allows creatures to feign death.
