You target either the corpse of a creature or an undead within range and illuminate it with a faint radiance of corpselight. This spell can affect multiple targets depending on their size. one Medium-sized corpse or Undead, two Small corpses or undead, or four Tiny corpses or undead. The spell ends if you cast it again or dismiss it as an action.
The target illuminates, shedding dim light in a 20-foot radius. If you have any corpses or undead illuminated with this spell, you can use your action to extinguish one of their corpselights, forcing each creature within 10 feet of the corpse or undead to succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 necrotic damage and 1d4 cold damage.
This spell's necrotic and cold damage each increase by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4 necrotic, 2d4 cold), 11th level (3d4 necrotic, 3d4 cold), and 17th level (4d4 necrotic, 4d4 cold).
