Serpentine
The thin, serpentine body of the Spirit Dragon counts as Medium for the purposes of its carrying capacity, the spaces it can move through, and all features except for the space it occupies.

Spirit Breath
The Spirit Dragon forces all creatures in a 60-foot line or a 30-foot cone to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, they suffer the effects of your Totemic Assault. On a success, targets suffer half the damage of Totemic Assault, but not effects.
